SITUATION

Fromentine is situated in the North-West of the Vendée, about thirty kms from the department of the Loire atlantique, about sixty kms from Nantes.

Fromentine is the continuous access to Noirmoutier island by the bridge, the second access is the gois only at low tide.

Fromentine is principally well-known as a matter of fact the passengers to Yeu island pass in transit through our landing stage. You could visit Yeu island and go through the sea between Fromentine and the island, you could have the advantage of a reduction (for the clients of the holiday village of the Grand Moulin)by the Company YEU CONTINENT.

ACCESS

By car : from Nantes or from La Roche Sur Yon take the Noirmoutier way to Beauvoir, then follow directions to la Barre de Monts, at the entry of la barre de Monts take your right to Fromentine embarcadère de l'île d'Yeu, and turn at left at the corner of Intermarché.

By train : Nantes or Challans railstation then bus to Fromentine.
